And... Meh. Well, technically, you're right. But it sounds a bit like a player who buys a c-rpg and complains about the fact that there are dice rolls. Technically, he has the right to complain; but common sense says he should have expected it, because these are games inspired by tabletop role-playing... So dice rolls are implicit.

From the moment "multiplayer" is proclaimed in the game's name, it's implicitly expected to be a game mechanic in its own right. And that there should be some form of interaction with other players.
