Honestly, I'm thinking of doing a charge back soon as well.I'm going to do that after the Easter Holidays. I have to go to the Police to file charges against Square Enix. Only then my Bank is going to charge back.
I was thinking about quitting this Game for quite some times now anyway. If they are going to ban me, so be it.
Maybe it's the perfect Time before a new Expansion comes out.
This is just unreal that a store can't handle traffic like any other store does. Does SE not understand customer satisfaction and trust are being harmed heavily through this trash store? lol.
I believe they simply don't care.
Yesterday, after 3 Days and after 3 Automated Emails from the Support saying basically nothing more than "We know about the Issue, be patient'', they have sent me a poll asking me how satisfied I'm with the customer service.
Can you believe that?
I've told them that they are useless. Earning a Salary for doing nothing. I've told them that they are a Joke.
Oh, and they sent me an Advertising too, telling me that I can Pre-Order Dawntrail now from the Store....
That's right.
And that I can buy the Little Ladies' Dance from the Store.
This Company has turned into shameless money-grabbing Monster.
Only re-skinned mounts in the game, new mounts just in the store, re-skinned armor, copy and paste game play for years.
Like I said. Maybe it's time to stop feeding these greedy people.
I think Blizzard has decent customer service and GMs compared to SE. They once logged onto my character to find out why I couldn't do a quest and figured out I was phasing incorrectly, then fixed it right away. Took a few hours and two reports to get in contact with a real person, like 30 mins logged out while they fixed it and I got to continue gaming. You're lucky to get a canned response to a ticket in this game.It sucks as well because what are you going to do? You can't just not buy Dawntrail because they got you hooked. So you can't speak with your wallet. Their CS is an absolute joke most of the time anyway, and now they're ignoring us. I'm scared to do a charge back because most companies ban you for it, but I got a double charge on my one card. My Amazon card worked just fine, and I got my code, but I'm out that money until it either falls off or SE refunds me. But CS has been silent. I feel like I'm dealing with Blizzard, but I can't even make that joke. Blizzard's CS is absolutely amazing when it comes to money. In the game, they could give a rats, but when D4 came out and my launcher stroked out and I bought it 3 times, they immediately fixed the problem. Like 5 minutes tops.
Square Enix customer service will not speak to people. They take your money illegally and will ban you if you try to take it back legally.
It's because it's their identity. Just as for some people, it's the opposite. I've always felt outside of it. Like I rarely make excuses for corporations and companies. If they screw up and do something stupid, that's on them. But yeah, still no responses on my ticket as well.

Which is funny because I think my ticket was from Wednesday. But I'm well aware that this company won't take it seriously. Whatever happens, happens.
Yerp, I gave it two days before sending in a ticket, got some canned reply, replied to that twice, crickets. I've pinged them over on X, there's just absolute silence. I guess enough folks got through that they don't think there's any problem? Either that or something broke badly on the back end and they implemented a band-aid preauth rejection while it's fixed, all without pulling the product from the storefronts or saying anything at all.
Has anyone been able to order, on either the EU or the NA site, in the last day?
