Edit: I can't help but notice you have a very limited bar for what's possible though. Some people do have a very good memory, so they just execute a plan without much active thought, it's not something that's impossible within this world. Just look at streamers, some go quiet and focus hard, but some can engage with their viewers even in ultimate fights, meaning the fights aren't as taxing on their brain as you believe.
