RP shout ads are obstructive to chat and gameplay

Actually yes, on several occasions it has prevented me from clicking on things such as links in chat, or attempting to highlight text to copy and paste. It also in other instances has been disruptive in several other ways, like flooding the chat and disrupting conversations, making me stop whatever I'm doing and close everything in order to expand the chat window and scroll to find things, and the same spam keeps coming and making the chat jump as I'm trying to do these things. There's more to it than that even but I don't care to rack my brain trying to recall every single scenario.
