It's a shame that happened, but pretty sure there's something about online interactions not being rated by the ESRB. If you want to protect your kid from people, don't let them play with people. This isn't excusing the people who cause the problem, and I wish GMs cracked down on venue advertisement ages ago, but realistically there's nothing the GMs can do to prevent harassment from happening if someone feels the need to be a creep. They can only do something after the fact, which I hope they would.

Online interactions not rated by the ESRB , user agreement says you'll behave in a way that's appropriate for people aged 13+. So it doesn't matter what the ESRB does or doesn't rate, we all agreed to the user agreement and need to follow it as well as it needs to be enforced. And sheltering a child and cutting them off entirely from the internet doesn't seem like a healthy solution to anything, but this post isn't about parenting it's about shout ads and obstruction, and the solution to implement to make it better for everyone

I assume they do. At the least when I reported someone for harassment they were very quick to respond and react accordingly. But the game wouldn't need GMs if people always did what they were 'supposed' to do, and the reason online interactions aren't rated is because they cannot control what happens unless they make it so nobody can communicate with one-another. Well, just putting the suggestion out there.
