Instead of asking for another chat, I'd much rather get option to filter our chat. Like just put to block any message with the word venue in it per example. That would fix a lot of your issues and would also be useful in a ton of other situations.
A new chat will just have the same issue in the future when someone sees too many of a certain kind of ad in it. Then we would have the "we need a new chat for x kind of venues".
