RP shout ads are obstructive to chat and gameplay

And tbh, the shout chat that isn't RP/FC shout ads isn't usually anything other than banter or hornyposting in Crystal.

That's what I don't get about people who ask to give venues their own chat. As it is right now, shout chat in city's is used for almost nothing else. A hunt train shout here and there too but not much else.
Why would we need another chat to essentially do the exact same thing that shout (in city's) already is? Other than you don't want to see it and don't want to toggle shout chat off/on.
