Or if I am doing all the res and my co healer is still glaring when there are about 3 to 4 dead people then I am glad a smn/rdm at least is kind to support me on back up res if they so happen to be one of the ones alive. Heck one can say in a way a healer need to remember their job is to heal sometimes not just dps when healing IS needed at some moments.

I actually to like it if the co healer then ends up dead for all their glaring who you think amma pick to res? the smn/rdm first. shoot I may as well just solo heal the party myself.
Way too much of this problem comes from 2 things

1) people absolutely refuse to utilise transcendence in any way, if you accept a rezz as a raidwide goes out then the first thing you do on 20% HP when the boss is halfway through casting his raidwide is summon carbuncle then yes you are going to die, I expect people to use transcendence to dodge mechanics and no I’m not gonna sit there and power heal you from 20% when you could have used transcendence to block the raidwide then taken advantage of the raidwide heal I was already going to put out

2) the cohealer doesn’t give the other healer a chance to do anything before they overcompensate and blame the other healer for not healing, if a raidwide is going out and we are on 80% we don’t need healing till after the raidwide; I’ve got recitation coming off CD in 10 seconds and I will help, you don’t need to cast medica 2 4 times then yell at me for not healing
