Why is Summoner healing so nerfed, even compared to other DPS?

I also think SMN physick should be removed. But if people want to keep it, it should be only allowed to be cast on self and have a 2 minute or so cooldown. We don't need more DPS trying to act as a third healer instead of a DPS.

i say its only fair, heck we have 10 threads a day about healers wanting to be DPS, so why cant the opposite be true?
