Those things will return for 7.05 so don't expect them to be permanent.

There were already more than enough. Source: I went through ARR on an alt. They just want to give even more to account for them being wasted.
How do you waste a Vesper Bay ticket? I have 8 alts and every time I got tickets I was very happy. Used them all and wished i had more.
