i can get from level 1 to any city in FFXI i don't get your point? it's easy onces you learn what attack you then you get there without problems.

that the fun of it getting somewhere and dieing 10times then when you get there you like holy shit this was fun. That what made me stay in FFXI and not play any games for 6years too i switch over to ffxiv. Now ffxi is easy mode so i'm happy i left before rise in cap.

here is the issue. I know. I know what aggros and how. I did not SEE the mob is the point. And also take into consideration about how much time got wasted dying 10 times is. And the put it up wuth a 2 hr limit of play.

Not fun. Honestly You guys should take time to consider other players not just yourselves. ffxi scared alot of ppl away with how time consuming that game was. In order for me to even play I had to spend over 300 just for a new ps2 router and wireless adptor. A person shouldn't feel the need to spend that much money to play a game for more then 2 hrs.

In ffxi there homepoint you can set that cut down the time by half I don't mind whatever they add as long as they consider the others who do want the game to have some fun hard stuff to do. I don't know why we could not meet in the meddle in most of the stuff we want.

What you mean wireless adptor if i remember right you had to plug in your cable too the back on your ps2. It cost 100$ for the box and 50$ for the network that was plug in the back of your ps2 with the HDD.

Yup, this.

The casuals scream and whine when hardcores suggest something, and claim that they aren't being considered, but they don't consider the hardcores needs in return. It's very hypocritical. (some hardcores are guilty of the same, but in much lesser numbers generally)

This is why some of us try to suggest middle ground options and compromises. And generally the hardcores are ok with compromises, but the casuals will scream their heads off and aren't even willing to give it a thought.

I'm not really a casual. I just used to be and its not fun. You guys are so insulting to casuals it makes me not to happy. And I find it pointless to play a game you knew was gonna be less time consuming and whine about it. If you dudn't know not SE fault.

I miss games that took mnths to beat. I beat games so fast its cheaper to just rent them. It took me a week to beat fable. three times. XD

There is a difference between a fun challange and an unessisary one. Why limit the amount of players cuz you want to be kicked in the sac repeatedly. they have a show for that.

And ti kaeden sorry but no one jhas any justified reason to be made at other ppl. Over a video games "difficaulty" you make the game as easy or has hard as you want it to be. You can easily turn off names to have your challenge.

So far none of the "hard cores" are meeting 1/2 way as they wanbt to insult the target playbase for ffxiv.

so at the end it did not cost you a lot it just because did not work with it i don't know why you go on saying wireless when it called network last time i check you could not make ps2 wireless can you?

they had a wireless ps2/xbox game adptor. Meaning it worked with my wireless router. I had to buy a ps2 buy ffxi buy a wireless router and the adptor. it was 300+ dollors. Just so I can play for more then 2 hrs a day. Cuz the game got too time consuming to enjoy. And I didn't want to quit the game cuz I had just met my b/f : / and we played together.
