[Solution Needed] 60FPS cap is holding FFXIV back

60fps is and will remain king for a LONG time.

everything bellow 90fps is unplayable, bellow 120 is uncomfortable.
I had to change my CPU to X3D version, to have stable FPS in lumsa, not some awful ~80 number
