Honestly, I don't have the space for all of my housing items- my retainers are full of more housing items which I love & since you cannot manually demolish your estate until all housing items are out- so I'm letting auto demolish take over bc those items will go to the housing ward retainer, where they'll hold the items & gil for x amount of time & I'll just grab the items I intend to keep & the gil while the rest goes 'poof' (im sorry if you already knew this) so I figured that why not get my gil back as I wait- What's one more month? (my house will demolish in January)

I didn't know, I've avoided having a house because of how tied to a sub it is. I don't envy people that have invested so much into housing but want to stop playing for chunks of time, I couldn't do it.
