• Make movement tools on tanks no longer be tied to damage. Steal some ideas from Melee DPS.
  • Provoke automatically misses if the person currently holding aggro is both a tank and also not in your current party (i.e. doesn't work cross Alliance).
  • Replace the flat enmity gain effect on Provoke with simply regaining any enmity that you may have previously Shirked since your last Provoke.
  • Eliminate the enmity stance system altogether, and build in enmity into tank actions at baseline. Reduce the recast of Shirk significantly and let it also transfer enmity over time (i.e. like Shadewalker).
