Anti-cheat is extremely normal in modern gaming. If you're worried about it that's kinda weird.

It is weird and suspicious that you'd cheat for "accessibility reasons". What does that even mean? You're not mechanically skilled enough to do savage raiding without addons? That's a skill issue.

You bet your ass I'm gonna snitch. I refuse to cheat, allow my teammates to cheat, or let enemy players cheat. And yes, using an exploit is cheating. If someone can just walk up to a point that's surrounded by 15+ enemy players and just take the point without resistance, that's not working as intended.

When did they say that they had a disability? "Accessibility issue" means they are having an issue accessing the content, which is normal for high level content. Doesn't give them an excuse to cheat.

Go ahead, report me for calling you out on cheating in the game. You never once said you had a disability in the prior post. Accessibility issues is a pretty vague statement as I just pointed out. You shouldn't use the word disability lightly anyway. It is extremely common for people to fake being disabled in this community.

Do you never spend time in the real world? Do you play other games that talk about "accessibility settings" for things like being colourblind, hard of hearing, etc.?

Also as a general rule, it's still pretty awful to just assume people are faking a disability because you think other people are also faking. This is the part where you say "oh, my bad", not double down. I have a disablity. Multiple, actually. Feel free to claim that can't be possible, but it won't make it go away as much as I wish that were true.

Be more sensitive towards others, and stop assuming everyone has the worst intentions, both in regards to their opinion about anti-cheat as well as the validity of what they say about themselves.

I care about square introducing an anti-cheat so I don't have to play alongside people who cheat. Stop making it about you. And my original point still stands, I (and surprisingly, also SE) don't like the idea of software being on players' computers, tracking their activity. It's invasive. I don't believe people should be able to actually cheat (i.e. in PvP), but anti-cheat measures are so scorched earth that it hurts everyone, not just people who are actually cheating. To accuse me of being pro-cheating for saying that is so narrow-minded and naive.

I play LoA on the side with anti-cheat....but it doesn't do jack s&t....still had hundreds of thousands of bots and it has a DPS meter that operates like ff14
