Until we get a sync that lowers stats and doesn't remove abilities I'll have to say no. It doesn't happen often but on occasion I'll find PF's that are unsynced, but only have a handful of players. It helps to keep some of the challenge while allowing full access to class skills and I like it a lot. Being synced to lower levels isn't that fun in this game, especially as low levels get simplified over time.

You need to understand that this is an entirely different request that involves restructuring the game. Also, allowing the use of skills before they are intended to be given completely defeats the purpose of ilv sync. What you're asking for exacerbates the problem. Again, all I am asking for is for the content that is already there to be played at the same level of difficulty as was intended upon its release. This shouldn't be an issue for anyone except those who actually enjoy being able to play the game with a drinking bird.

If you want to play lower level content with your full array of skills, this is already available to you through the unrestricted party option. Your rewards using this option are next to nothing, and for good reason. Because your commencing the duty at a level and/or with a party composition that it not intended for it.

If that remains, then I don't mind. I wasn't sure if you wanted to maintain the unsync option.

Minimum ilvl, no echo is also available to you through the Duty Finder settings.

Whether we want to acknowledge it or not, players come in different skill levels. Making things difficult for players who already struggle at the current ilvl syncs won't encourage them to get better (which may not be physically possible for some of them). It's more likely to make them quit.

That comment was made in response to having full access to skills in lower level content. It's not comparable. I have specifically made this request in lieu of the braindead roulettes we currently do in comparison to the difficulty of the content on release day. I really should not have to spell this out, and the back and forth rhetoric of min ilv no echo vs. the unrestricted options are not relevant. Players doing a duty their first time are matched up with players queued in the roulette. It has to be this way because the old content is no longer relevant, and these players do not have the luxury of being able to clear the fight when it was current. They are essentially punished for being late. I don't think it is fair to require them to start a PF using min lv no echo to complete their duty and progress the story.

This is all about compromise, fairness, and what is healthy for the game long term. The demands of players of content as it was released IS fair. I'm not even asking for difficulty to be bumped up, only to return to what it once was.
