- Ikishoten changes to Ogi Namikiri during Ogi Namikiri Ready
Ninja
- Remove Huraijin and make Armor Crush grant Huton
Reaper
- Rearrange actions to fit 10 or 20 levels lower so the job doesn't suck at lower levels
Bard
- Songs don't need a target
- Sidewinder grants 2 stacks of Repertoire
- Barrage works on AoE and grants Shadowbite Ready
- Warden's Paeon grants Straight Shot Ready and Shadowbite Ready
- Downtime action that fills the Soul Gauge and/or regenerates the party's MP
- Weaponskill that costs 20 Soul Gauge (but doesn't consume all the Soul Gauge) and - deals fixed damage that is higher than Refulgen Arrow (340 potency or something)
Machinist
- Automaton Queen changes to Queen Overdrive during the effect
- Noise Blaster and Flash added in some way as actions
Dancer
- Standard Step, Technical Step and Tillana have 25y range (or give us a single target 15y action so we can measure the distance)
Black Mage
- Paradox is instant cast during fire phase
- 2 charges on Leylines
- Thundercloud procs stack, increasing the damage of the DoT applied
Summoner
- 3 Aetherflow charges
- 30s or 45s second DoT and AoE DoT using Aetherflow
- Ramuh, Shiva and Leviathan during Phoenix Phase
Red Mage
- 4th Finisher
- Verraise increases the MP cost of the next Verraise by 2400 for 60s
- AoE proc for Verthunder II or Veraero II
- Enchanted Reprise costs 20 White and Black Mana and grants a Mana Stack
