



MCH:
-Either buff damage or give some utility back. It's the utility role, but outside of role actions (and Tactician, which might as well be a role action), it has none.
-Give back Blank Shot.
-Make Flamethrower worth using as a combat action rather than an emote.
dragoon: make the positionals having a stronger impact on gameplay and dmg
other than that: make one melee without any positionals for the people who want to play melee but cry about positionals all the time.
overall: make box hitboxes smaller we dont need 100% uptime. unmake bosses positioning themselves all the time its annoying
SCH: If it doesn't just get dumpstered outright, rework the Faerie Gauge. Have it accessible at earlier levels, give new abilities that use it, and have it grant additional effects to existing abilities.
MNK: Give prominent visual indicators on the job gauge for Disciplined Fist timer, and if you have the Leaden Fist buff active. NIN got it's Huton timer on it's gauge, so there's no reason why MNK should be left in the dust in this regard. Also, if they're going to commit to forgivability by allowing many jobs to keep their resources/combos upon death, then allow MNK to keep nadis on death. I also like the idea of changing Anatman to give an instant nadi on top of refreshing DF on a 60s cd.
MCH: Give me my ammunition back. Also a way to change split/slug/clean shots back to their non-heated animations. I prefer those to the silly looking flipping trick shots.
RDM: Anything that ties into their existing kit in new ways, rather than just another finisher.
SGE: Please don't take any of my kit away okay thanks.
DNC: Please don't take any of my kit away okay thanks. (Except change Improvisation to be an instant cast and gives the full shield on use, on top of it's other effects.)
