A fairly common practice that is still predicated on the luck of it succeeding and actually panning out the way you hoped, which for many people it unfortunately doesn't, down to something as small as a single bid. And being subscribed at the ideal time is, again, a matter of circumstances being in your favor, that leaves newer players out in the cold and punishes those who couldn't be there. Do you actually think "waiting several years" and counting on life not screwing you out of the opportunity to be around is an adequate method of even hoping to obtain a house?

And I'm not talking about myself.



Changing the implementation at that point would have caused an absolute uproar, especially when Ishgard was already so at risk of being dangerously overcrowded because of the demand since Heavensward that they chose then to put a lottery system in place. They would have been foolhardy to actively promote further inequality in housing and between the various divisions when there's enough angst surrounding the issue already.

You're literally on light which is the easiest way to get larges because there arent that many players, you're complaining from a light standpoint ? Try crystal, primal or Aether, and say that again.

You not managing to get a large on light is 100% on you, especially since 2015.
