Square Enix should retire the relic quests with Endwalker

CBU3 answers to Square who answers to their shareholders. But we, as the players, can still express our disappointment with the direction of the game. Dawntrail is already done, so nothing is going to change there. Post patch, maybe. Expansion 6, maybe. But if we all just shut up and disappear, then Square never hears anything (assuming they are even willing to listen).
CBU can take FFXIV in any direction they want. I can complain about that direction.

I agree with this sentiment. The shareholders want our money, this is a community based game and we definetly have an influence on how the game is shaped. I feel the sentiment "It's up to the individual player to see if the sub is worth it" is kind of spineless. Demand for the game to be better and if they don't listen then take that step out.
