Right it seems like there would be actually more options to design encounters if the game allowed for quicker reaction mechanics. But with everything being so delayed it's quite literally not possible to design any of those mechanics.
Exactly. Server-ticks related or not, the fact that the game got its own silly delay (that is not connection dependant) makes everything quite clunky when it comes to reaction (especially noticeably in pvp).

Yea for pvp it's kind of wild, it just makes meele bordering on unplayable. The fact i can always be a second or two ahead of a meele if i kite him is just wild.
