Add a global chat to the game

We have

- Free company chat
- linkshell chat
- cross world linkshell
- FELLOWSHIP (I don't know why everyone forgets this feature) <--- 1,000 players limit

These chat are all administered by players, and this means RMT and toxic players can be removed PERMANENTLY, while you could do the same in a global chat.

im not sure the point ur making so u might need to enthesise that.

linkshells are limited to who own them, and the number of maximum allocated spaces. 200 is NOT enough if you want something more widespread. and if you dont know ppl in them youve basically no way into one
free company chat is literally just for you and ur fc, its isolating from the rest if the game, and because its run by players... theres allways drama or usurping
cross world linkshell same issues as LS. only now even worse clogging because its CW
"FELLOWSHIP" >insert woody laugh meme here< you can hardly even engage with fellowships, theres no direct chat, hardly any text space and nobody uses them or even remembers they exist.

I did read, but it's not like You spit something useless and overperformed by other features already ingame and everyone kneel to you and say

OH MIGHTY ONE YOU ARE RIGHT NO ONE HAS THOUGHT ABOUT A WORLD CHANNEL IN 10 YEARS YOU ARE BRILLIANT.

the fact is that only a bunch of sprouts could want that kind of chat, a chat that would be disabled from a lot of players, exactly how a lot of players disable /say and /shout when in a city.
Try to understand the tools we have, before asking for something USELESS.
