Hmmmm..basically anyone that I’ve met, come across & befriended in a way (head-canon) has had impacted Vencio’s relation with other’s (be it acquaintance, friendship etc.,).

Though I cannot deny nor prove that anyone has been part of the adventurer’s guild I’d like to believe that’s how (us the players in the 4th wall) has met or come across.

Personally I’d like to disassociate from most well known/major & minor characters as possible (including the Scions) as Vencio’s ever going story is far apart & independent from the main story & yet still linked towards it but not fully part of it.

the adventure guild would be an interesting premise for players to primarily meet in. I honestly have not thought of how players would be implied to meet in the 4th wall sense.
Also understandable. The main story is pre written with a lot of the character's responses kept neutral. It can often conflict with a humbler story a player may have in mind for their character.

Estinien sorta Mao new Big Brother. When Mao little baby Mao adopted into Dragon family and gots new Big Brother whats protected Mao and shared meats with Mao. Big Brother gots killed by raiding party of Poncy Long-Neck Big-Ears. Mao was so sad and hated Poncy Long-Neck Big-Ears. Years later Mao met Estinien and hims helped Mao learn how to forgives Poncy Long-Neck Big-Ears. Hims also tracked down Big Brother remains (was hanging ups for show in mansion) and helps Mao gives proper burial. Mao sees Estinien as new Big Brother.

Ah so Mao was raised by dragons (if I'm reading this correctly)? What kind of dragons were they? I can see Estinian being the type to help someone like that even if dragons are involved- he does eventually grow to not hate dragons. So, does Mao have any funny stories of when their family was still alive?

My WoL is a cinnamon roll.

He doesn’t befriend many for he have since been jaded by the reverence he received by being the Warrior of Light. That being said, the ones that goes past beyond ‘just an acquaintance’-friendship level are:

• Ardbert
• Alisaie
• Gaius
• All races that’s involved in Omicron’s Tribal Quest.

good list. I haven't done the omnicron tribal quests yet but this makes me look forward to it more. How did he grow closer to Gaius (aside from the msq)?

I try my best to separate my personal preferences for characters and my WoL's (male Elezen I am not posting on).

• Alisaie and Alphinaud - Out of all the Scions, my WoL is closest with them. Their relationship is like little siblings and big brother. He has a special connection with Alisaie though as they are both passionate about their opinions and often value immediacy instead of waiting around for the politicians/scholars to do their thing.
  
• Thancred - An odd friendship. My WoL has a kid at home and feels that Thancred is the only one that can understand that specific type of worry.
  
• Ryne and Gaia - My WoL has a daughter, so he feels really protective of them.
  
• Estinien - Just two Elezen dudes who would rather get things done than sit around as people deliberate the 'correct' way to do something.
  
• Lyse - Again, just two people who are action-oriented. Also they are both annoyingly goofy sometimes.

He does not get along with: Emet-Selch, Y'shtola, Ysayle, Hien. Just people he understands where they are coming from, but doesn't particularly vibe with.

He hates: G'raha Tia, Aymeric (deep lore for these two)

He despises: Zenos. There is nothing in the universe he hates more than Zenos. Everything Zenos says is wrong and hollow because post-ARR my WoL does what he does to protect his daughter, not seek adventure or a good battle. He would rather be home.

Sounds like your character really cares for the future generations of Eorzea! Ah yeah- sometimes I forget Thancred was a father. I can imagine being parents at one point or currently would increase a friendship's bond. Parent groups often can be tight knit. I am curious about what he hates Aymeric and G'raha- they are very kind and caring characters. Especially curious about your WoL's disdain towards Aymeric.

Brynne is fairly friendly, particularly when she comes to trust people, and she values her friends above all else. She has close bonds with all of the Scions, though she's perhaps closer with Y'shtola than most of the others (barring G'raha, I'll get to him). She has complicated feelings about Emet-Selch, who she mistrusted during Shadowbringers - she felt sorry for him, especially towards the end, but never truly bonded with him because of the enmity between them. She had a very good rapport with Aymeric, which may have turned into a love affair if life didn't interfere. Hien was a trusted friend and great drinking buddy, and she deeply respected Gosetsu. She developed feelings for the Exarch during Shadowbringers, which only became stronger when she found out he was G'raha Tia, who she had been friendly with in the past. She hasn't declared those feelings because she fears her title as the Warrior of Light might entice him to accept her even if he doesn't feel the same. She understood Zenos, but took no particular pleasure in that because she saw in him the monster she could've become under different circumstances. She warmed up to Zero during their time together, initially finding her a little cold and off-putting, but coming to think of her as a trusted friend and ally eventually.

She also tends to remember her friendly encounters with others, brief as they may be, and is pleased if they meet again down the line.

Brynne sounds like a friend many people would want! Are there more details on her and Y'shtola's friendship you would be willing to share?
Not sure why, but I get the feeling she would mesh well with Krile. They are both kindred souls, though I'm unsure what they may bond over there was the chance for it.
G'raha might have similar feelings for her! But as you say, he is also a super fan of the WoL, so unsure how healthy the relationship dynamic would be.
Zenos is an interesting character. Without spoiling too much, how did she feel when she saw him off (and without trying to spoiler too much with writing this question...)?
Does she remember the names of the moogles she meets (in heavensward and ARR)?

I fell in love with Minifilia as soon as I saw her. The way she cared about me was palpable and as soon as she was gone the community was up in arms about her whereabouts as the story seemed cut off without a resolution of her story.

If I'm not mistaken, her resolution takes a while. Even then, I agree her resolution isn't the most certain. How does your character feel about Minfilia?

Back when I wrote a backstory for my character, I totally divorced it from the main scenario because I wasn't fond of any of those characters and I think RPing as the WoL is a bit much. That said, she did travel a little bit and was good friends with that one Steppe NPC with a sidequest where he asks you to visit a grave for him because he's worried his comrades will think he's a wimp if he shows any sentimentality. On her field trip to the steppe, they bonded and probably exchange letters or something. She also has a dumb celeb-crush on Magnai, the kind similar to where you ogle a celebrity and realize they're probably a dick in person but you don't care 'cause they're hot and it's not like you'll ever meet them anyway.

that reminds me of another Steppe NPC who is older and not the most battle ready. I felt so bad for him and helped him during the quests where he cooks. I honestly hoped to see more and was sad when he disappeared.

If I had to think deeply, my WoL is:

Friends with: Mostly all the Scions, though at varying degrees due to their traits. Love Estinien's blunt and dry sense of humor. Alisaie feels like a sister, though also straddles the line of hero worship. Alphinaud feels like a kid brother you just want to hug because he tries to act mature all the time and can't just act his age because of all this stuff happening. Urianger because he tends to keep things to himself for everyone's benefit and Eiko wishes he'd ask for help when he needs it (also, I feel that on a personal level). Thancred because...he's Thancred (lol). Y'shtola because she's like the big, mature sister Eiko never had. Minfillia because she was the first person who gave her a chance, even if that chance was only because Eiko had the Echo.

Unsure about: Lyse and Papalymo. Eiko doesn't have a problem with them as they are her teammates, but I just never really liked them THAT much. Lyse is nice, but she was annoying when she was first introduced so that tainted my attitude of her. Eiko does respect her, though, as well as Papalymo.

REALLY unsure about: G'raha Tia. Cares about him a great deal, but the way he acts makes her confused about whether he feels friendship, love, or hero worship, and that in turn confuses her own feelings.

Is extremely annoyed by: Zenos, Zenos, Zenos. He doesn't seem to get the message that she has bigger things to deal with and constantly does really crappy things to get her attention as if that will change her mind. Does acknowledge that there is a part of her that gets off to the challenge, but that doesn't erase all the crap he did.

Pities/Sympathizes with: Emet-Selch, but still disagrees with how he goes about things. Also, kind of Zenos, because being raised as he was definitely did something to him, which Eiko acknowledges.

I too enjoy Estinien's bluntness- it is one of my favorite traits. He is such a fun character.
Kind of wonder if Alphinaud will one day look bad and realize how quickly he had to grow up to survive.
Urianger could benefit from therapy- he likely has so much bottled up inside.
Zenos probably does sort of understand she has better things to deal with but probably wants to use that to his advantage. When you really want to get somewhere but there is that one person who keeps you from going to your destination and knows fully well that only means more of your attention is on them out of annoyance or frustration.

Brynne approves of Y'shtola's practical approach to problems. They're both the type to think things out logically, so they get along well. They've spent some time together discussing various holes in literature, too. For overthinking, you may be right about Krile being a kindred soul but Brynne is more confident than her. They certainly have a good rapport, though.

In my headcanons, G'raha does have similar feelings for her, and Endwalker has done a lot towards humanizing her for him (especially during the times when she needed support, like after In From the Cold and at the very end). But Brynne still has doubts. I think he'd have to be the one to confess, and who knows how long that could take?

The main feeling when she saw Zenos off was relief, that she would finally be free of him. But it was mixed with some regret. Some part of her wishes she could've saved him from himself, in a way, just to prove he wasn't irredeemable. Saying any more would include spoilers, so I'll leave it at that.

And yes, she remembers the names of the moogles. Although sometimes she still confuses which moogle is which, until she interacts with them a bit.

Thems was likes the other Dragons whats live near Coerthas. Mao had three siblings in family. Two males from younger clutch and Big Brother from older clutch. Younger Brothers likes to bully Mao because Mao nots has wings buts Big Brother would stops them and protects Mao and share meats with Mao. Big Brother would also let Mao sleep beside hims at night. Hims big help for Momma Dragon because while hims look after Mao, Momma could go out and hunt for meats.
