It also wont do much to the actual housing supply because people will want ward housing anyway, bids would stay more or less the same as they are now. A majority will just keep on bidding for ward housing, instanced housing is not the savior people think it is.

that is true , instanced housing is like telling your friend to come to your island all the time , while there still be players trying to get a house in a ward next to there friend or FC, it would be close to telling you friend to go to your apartment, but it a house instead and having all the yard and garden options.. all i would see. if everyone had a house , gardening would be pointless , since the market would be flooded, but it already close to that now since all the new data travel and added wards. it like growing thavairian onion that take 4week to grow and only sell close to 100k now, that would drop heaps to the point not to grow anything if everyone had a house. but let say they dont added garden in instanced , then you would have people want a ward house for that reason and the same problem will still be there for them, wanting a house in a ward.

the only benefit i would see from instanced housing everyone would be able to have a house , like the island , but they will not have the problem of losing there house after 45days, and not having the problem getting a small,medium or large plot. but i don't know much it would do to the servers with all the extra data, with all the crazy house designs. but iam not a software technician so i wouldn't know
