Arthars: FFXIV should take a few hints from Dragonflight

FenyxRising, I have a question for you (this is not putting you down, just being curious)

Why do you put up all those threads about other content creators' opinions? I can understand that those creators bring FF to the forefront on Twitch, Kick and YT but why should I or anybody else care about it? We all have our own different opinions about this game, likes and dislikes, and the future of it.

I have never seen a game forum that wasnt insanely hostile to content creators. FF14 isnt unique in that regard.

I play WoW as well as FF, I absolutely despise Asmongold and I think his takes are absolutely terrible, but people talk about it over there no problem, so yeah, I do think FFXIV is kinda unique in that regard, then again I cant talk for all MMO's as I didnt play many, only one other one aside from FF and it wasnt recently

A thread about a specific video and putting their own takes on it to open up discussion is one thing. We have an entire first page about content creators and it's mostly just re-posted videos. It's not unreasonable to want to come to the XIV forums and have more on the first page than numerous threads pointing to content creator videos.
