Everything else except the first two rewards (100+10 tomes) is available in game through other means. Nobody is missing out and nobody needs to grind non stop.

"Show Only Recently added items" tells you which are the new exclusive to this round of Mogtomes - aka shows just the parasol and framer kit. Now technically the Taoist Moogle, Job Mastery prisms, and other 1 tomestone earrings are unable to collect via alternative methods outside of mogtome events- but they are the repeat items.
