This is a very frequent impression I get from people complaining about how thin skinned other people are. Maybe a mirror would help more than posting on forums.

I'm not convinced they're actually thin skinned so much as finding "hurr hurr this is fun" entertainment by taking everyone else for a ride. Trolls go to extreme lengths for their own entertainment, regardless of what it makes them look like or who gets hurt in the process.

Just look at what Musk is doing to Twitter. He is absolutely the guy to say "You know what, F that guy, I'm gonna buy his entire company and watch it burn to the ground. For 40 mil? That's a BARGAIN."
