    Xbox isn't windows based, at least, in a specific sense. It's more akin to IOS variances.


    Cross save and cross platform has nothing to do with what the OS is.



    Portal 2 was cross platform and cross save on ps3. And ps3 was definitely not windows. You even logged into your steam account in the game.

    Xbox runs on OneCore, which is based on Windows 10. The hell are you talking about? The Xbox One was based on Windows 8, I believe.
