noooo what do you mean it's so fun to stand around in Hydatos mostly-afk waiting for BA groups to spawn support all day because nothing else gives an appreciable number of crystals since you can't even solo spawn high levels anymore after they kicked the Reaper strategy in the balls for no particular reason

Most people didn't actually do eureka, they let other people do it for them. Just like IS. That's my point.

They didn't make field content because they want to cut costs and milk the players and keep them subbed with less content and development costs.

...Odd, in that it's difficult to make content that's more development-efficient than Exploratory Missions. Variant Dungeons probably rival the cost of an EM with all of <2% the longevity and flexibility.

He changed it to the bike which is closer to 32%.


Also, people doing content doesn't mean they like it. If you weren't around during eureka, the forums were mostly full of complaint that the relic was tied to it. People hated Pagos.

I did enter a few times, then I refused to continue, same for Bozja.


That said, Baldesion Arsenal at 19%? This mean that only 19% of characters have completed that story, or to put more easy to read: 81% of the characters DROPPED the place.

But remember, the forums make up around 0.0001% of players in the game, so even if every single post was a complaint, it's still only a minute fraction of the playerbase that actually complain. Everyone else is just playing the game.

Even now, people will go through content for completion of storyline/relic and still hate the gameplay process. Its played, yes, but the question of whether people like what they play or they play for reasons other than gameplay enjoyment is up in the air. Especially with how grindy Eureka is for its relics, and how practical Bozja is for other job levelling, I wouldn't be surprised at the fact that they're played a lot WITHOUT actually being majorly popular.

I can't speak about Bozja because I haven't checked recently but Eureka is still incredibly active and that's a pretty conclusive result as far as I'm concerned.

If you're judging clearance rates against 100%, you're out of your mind. Doubly so on NA.

Any content outside the comfort zone of MSQ, normal raids, and alliance raids typically has some 50% of the population that literally just won't do it, ever, no matter what it is, no matter what it gives. Clear rates for Savage tiers typically don't exceed 30% in the best case scenarios (aka JP single-server). NA is typically half that. Sometimes less!
