As much as I love the game, I was expecting the mount to be either $15 per character (because of the 2 seats) or $24 if account wide to celebrate the 10 years/fanfest time

I am still not sure how the fanfest thing works. Is the mount time-imited to buy?, because if so, that just makes it even worse throwing FOMO in the mix
