Tauren/Worgen are massively sexually dimorphic, female Tauren/Worgen have big time disney-princess syndrome going on because they didn't want to actually make beastial females. Cause an actually terrifying animalistic werewolf like the male version wouldn't be feminine enough.

At least with Worgen they eventually updated the face models to where you could make a cool and scary looking female if you wanted to. Though the bodies were still stuck being more human vs. the males.

At the most basic level, yes, but more immediately – in terms of emotes and hempen gear – they are more likely to draw from a different existing model. Likely Roegadyn, maybe Highlander or something else.

Oh yeah, emotes will be completely custom since the animations need to be done for whatever bone scaling that specific race/gender combo uses. I've seen male Roe emotes applied to races that were not male Roes with some rather horrifying results.
As for the Hempen gear, they could use them from Roegadyn or Highlander but it's difficult to say. Viera literally just use the Midlander Hempen gear which coincidentally is also the default body.

Are we looking at the same Tauren? Because aside from the males being beefier (pun intended) and having bigger horns, they look pretty similar between genders.

Trolls are far more dysmorphic. The males are long, stretched, hunched, and gangly (they'd be the tallest playable race if they stood up straight), with giant tusks, while the females are humans with big feet and tiny fangs. In early beta, the females were long and hunched too, but they decided the Horde needed at least one "pretty" female race (blood elves didn't exist yet), and the trolls got stuck with it.

I have no idea how this shows bias or what bias that would be. I was confused and thought Morrowind Argonians but Skyrim Khajit for some reason.

She's good, almost there, might not have the hunch and also her legs are clearly longer in proportion to the body to the point of exceeding the dimorphism in both humans and felines.

I want Femhroths like that too. I say be realistic about it. This is not what we're gonna get. Even most people who want Femhroths would prefer them to be like Femroes vs M-Roes. Which you didn't even understand are enormously different.
