Why exactly is this something you would want to admit to? This might just be one of the rare Stormpeaks Ls.
That was not the point, the point is that I cant hate a game that I pay so much for, why would I ? I might as well throw the money out of the window of flush it down the toilet if I hate the game and I pay that much, that means I find some things good in the game that make it worth my money, that's the point of my comment
I really love how people just like comments because they are against what I am saying, literally not even reading my responses or using any sort of common sense to understand the point I am trying to make
"hurrr durrrr stormpeaks posted lets like the posts questioning them or what they're writing"
If I go to a restaurant that has amazing steak one day, and then I go every single other day of the week, that means the steak is good, maybe the salad isnt up to par, but damn do I love the steak, so I keep on coming back every day of the week, this is the same principle, I wouldnt keep going back there every day of the week if the steak was rotten or tasted disgusting

That's about typical for this forum. I mean I thought your point was pretty clear, granted you've been pretty abrasive around the forum, and now because of that, doesn't matter what you say for some people, they'll just immediately see your post and refuse to properly engage/comprehend what you're saying/hivemind "stormpeaks bad" and support anything that goes against you regardless of if you're right or wrong.
Anyways, I've been busy so I wasn't able to follow up on the housing design thing, but later this week I'll be available, I'll try to remember to hit you up and see if you still wanna.

Like you said, there are consequences to being regularly abrasive on a forum. For many it’s not really what you are saying, but how you go about saying it. Regularly posting snippy and disparaging replies to a variety of people will lose an audience. That's about typical for this forum. Except the difference here is how people respond to Storm and are so blinded by "oh em gee Storm dared to post something" and completely miss his point/not even acknowledge his point. It's happened a few times, even outside this thread. If you don't like someone because they were mean on an online forum, fine. Ignore them, don't engage with them, and ffs don't repeatedly say you have them on ignore. If you're going to respond to them, respond how you expect to be treated. I've had issues with Storm here and there, but that doesn't mean I'm going to suddenly be childish whenever I interact with him, ESPECIALLY when he makes an objectively good point on something.

That's great for you, but for others like myself, respect is a two-way street. Certain people are quite aggressive here, are typically first to go on the offensive on numerous occasions. So they reaped what they sowed if people ignore and don't care what they have to say now.Except the difference here is how people respond to Storm and are so blinded by "oh em gee Storm dared to post something" and completely miss his point/not even acknowledge his point. As much as I appreciate you for doing what you're doing, you really are wasting your time, but thank you : p and for housing you can poke me in game at the end of the week whenever I still have an NA char I'll come take a look at what you've doneExcept the difference here is how people respond to Storm and are so blinded by "oh em gee Storm dared to post something" and completely miss his point/not even acknowledge his point. It's a good rule, but it should apply to everyone, not just the people that are being aggressive towards someone equally aggressive.
How about "If you're going to respond to people aggressively, expect to be treated the same"? Let's not pretend that Stormy is a ray of sunshine on these forums. If we're sticking to old school biblical references, let's go with "you reap what you sow".
I understand Stormy now, so I don't personally have any issues with her, but don't pretend she hasn't given as much nastiness as she's gotten.

A lot of the vitriolic responses I give are to people either straight up telling people to quit because they dislike X or X which at this point is the most obnoxious response possible, you are providing no decent feedback to the person complaining, you provide nothing by telling them "haha you dont like island sanctuary ? just quit bro !!" You're literally just being a nuisance and trying to make the complaint/feedback invalid by just telling them to quit (to clarify I am not saying you're doing that, I am talking in general)It's a good rule, but it should apply to everyone, not just the people that are being aggressive towards someone equally aggressive.

I give vitriol to people giving me or others vitriol in 95% of the cases if you look, and I dont see why I wouldnt.
