Right, but do they know that they need to google a local name for demons? That's a rather more specific search than naming conventions where you already have the terms you're searching for.

Not saying it's a definitive proof that they're not genuine, but it raised a question mark, compounded by (as I said) coming into the forum just to gush and then not try to actually join any forum discussion. And mentioning the ever-weaponised "Yoshida cried" thing like they're trying to play forum hot-button bingo.

As I said previously, scepticism has to be the default setting because the more blatant trolls have made it that we can't have nice things.

I feel like I was put on trial immediately upon joining the forums. I didn't know that Yoshida crying was weaponized and I didn't mean to annoy people by mentioning that. Someone in my fc told me about it and I thought it was cool. Having a developer care that much is rare. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to feel any other way.

I really don't want any of this trouble. I'll leave ya'll be and stick to playing at my own pace. This place was a big mistake. I don't know how the people online in the game can be so welcome but the forums can be such a bunch of crazies.

I started the trial a year ago but shit happened and I didn't make a lot of progress. Not sure why you're throwing a fit over it.

Don't worry, some people just can't possibly fathom that there is a way to play the game other than bumrushing through MSQ as quickly as possible, so they can gear up as quickly as possible, so they can "raid" as quickly as possible, and then complain that they don't have anything to do, as quickly as possible.

Would it? Why? Why shouldn't so much be locked behind the main story in a game where the primary content is...the main story? Literally everything else in the game is second fiddle to MSQ whether we like it or not. This is a STORY driven mmo.

Yes because every single person plays the game for the MSQ, absolutely no one skips the story, that's also why there's no story skips on the store !

I am well aware not everyone plays this game for MSQ. My significant other has every job max to 90 and couldn't tell you a thing about this game story because they bought skips. While there is certainly nothing wrong with playing the game for any reason one wants, it would be in bad faith to say the core of this game isn't MSQ. I tell my SO all the time that based on how well I know them and the type of gamer they are that they would be better served by another MMO or game entirely. But they like to do roulettes and other content so its all good.

Sorry, saying the word "lit" is likely just as silly to me as it is you, but that doesn't invalidiate their opinion or make them not genuine.
