Rework the loot System for Savage

They could at the VERY LEAST add an optional loot rule to prevent the same people winning multiple things.

I don't really mind walking with zero loot a few times in a row, but is very disheartening to see one single person leaving with everything at once while the rest of the party with the pity books.

Won't happen, because this is not problem in JP, and what's not a problem in JP is not a problem at all. They roll from left to right, and whoever wins it, leaves the instance, so nobody ends up with 2 items. This is never gonna happen on EU/NA.

Sadly this rules never really worked during the PF groups I've been part of. Even when it was stated on party chat at the beginning of the fight, so I just gave up on trusting random NA players to go with it.
