I'd love to see HM Dungeons back as well as Job quests.
A UI overhaul, more access to game data without having to visit one of six or so different sites for even the most basic question about how a part of the game works and more ability to pick and choose what is displayed on the UI by default.
A game that is designed for people that play MMOs.
No more of this 'anyone should be able to play' design that has driven player skill level into the ground because you don't even have to learn the game to beat the story.

Housing updates
- New obtainable housing layouts
- New housing items and improved interface
- Furniture's can be placed mirrored not just rotated
- Furniture slot and storage limit increased both interior and exterior
- New exterior presets ( Ishgardian/Rhalgr/Halone/Costa del Sol/Ivalice themed etc )
Glamour updates
- Aesthetician now allows all changes to your character except race swap
- Newly added available faces /obtainable hairstyles
- Newly added Glamour slots for eye lenses
- All gear pieces can be glamoured to any Job ( crafters/gatherers incl. )
Interface updates
- Implementation of Chat Bubbles
- Improved Gpose interface
- Unlockable Orchestrion device to play any obtained Orchestrion song anywhere
- DC and Server transfer traveling time has been decreased
- Chat Channel tabs can be optionally increased
- Linkshells can now have added descriptions to each of them
- Linkshell limit increased
FreeCompany updates
- FC buffs remain applied even when DC traveling
- New Free company ranks made available
- FC buff increased duration and limit cap
- Free company seal cap limit increased
- Low level Materia can be turned in for GC and FC exp
Rewards / Currency changes
- Bicolor Gem cap limit increase threefold
- Newly added available Fates with increased difficulty and rewards
- New Hunting logs for with Tomes and/or Bicolor gems rewards once
- Beast Tribe reputation rewards and daily turn ins are doubled
- New 3v1 Lv90 Guildhest vs improved Rhitahtyn sas Arvina of Cape Westwind 1v1 with highest Free Company Seals rewards
Miscellaneous features
- Quetzalcoatl becomes an obtainable mount, not just a Dungeon Boss
- New Unreal vs Anima... that boss was just a joke in Endwalker
- Gold Saucer updated with new mini games and an entire new section
- Jobs obtain AoE/dash skills at lower levels earlier for better early level experience
- Sprint lasts twice as long withing Cities
- Raid timer before instance closes increased once cleared ( for Gposing purposes )
I truly believe some of what's listed above would improve our game
Personal Desires that is to be mocked and ignored...
- Stop homogenizing and hollowing out our Jobs...
- Grant optional depth into our Jobs gameplay...
- I want Kaiten back.... ( obviously... )

Losing customers by being difficult = losing revenue = losing staff and creative resources = less content = less customers - less revenue.....No more of this 'anyone should be able to play' design that has driven player skill level into the ground because you don't even have to learn the game to beat the story.
This "skill level" meme you seem so fond of...would it be a self defeating exercise to ask how you know what player skill levels are?
Or is this just your own opinion you believe as a self evident fact, with no real proof or actual data to back it up?
What i wish for ( in the future):
- More customization options
- More glamour
- Content that encourage sociale interactions.
- Be able to explore all zones in the lore.
- More PvP activities.

You have no evidence that simplifying everything to be boring/bland/flavorless with copy pasted content formats labeled as new/without excitement at every difficulty benefits Square in the short or long term the most for their revenue / new customer stream / subscriber count / player retention etc. We can deduce that it will entice players to improve either vs mastering optional difficulty rewarded with increased Job performance? encouraging players to improve more.
All I have is personal experiences... I just don't want to tank mobs and bosses every day it gets old... I'm a Samurai a DPS, I'm not a Tank. This happened just now I mean...

-Character creator additions QoL updates. (Add new face options).
-More diffcult content to ramp players up to Savage & Ultimate.
-Healer rework (pipe dream).
-Instanced housing (the ward system is obviously failing).
-Add nails as an accessory option instead of taking up a gear slot for glam.
