I quite literally just started Island Sanctuary two weeks ago, and still not rank 12.

That's literally on you friendo, because you play as slow as a snail on purpose to slow consumption doesnt mean the content is challenging, not everyone plays 2 minutes a week.

I say that because there is no effin way anyone can get to rank 12 in a week. I guess, technically you could but man that would be an extremely tedious process that would drive most insane.

Or just... yknow, play the game for more than 5 minutes ?

Gearing up to BiS. Maxing out beast tribes. Max out a custom deliveries NPC. Growing certain crops such as Thav onions or Jute. Getting to seven figure gil. Obtain all items from Faux Hollows. Obtain all TT cards. Close all fishing holes.

Literally the only proper content in what you mentioned is gearing up (which is timegated) and beast tribes (which is also timegated), the rest has nothing to do with actual proper content.

Some content has no finish line such as: Wonderous Tales. Glamour chasing. Playing in a performance band. Role Play. Helping other players clear difficult duties. Soloing duties.

Your exaggerations aside, getting bored easily and not being able to find replay value with the given content is not the same as lack of content.

Actually it is the same, you just play as slow as possible, actually worse than snail pace just so you dont run out of content and you can ramble about how the content in this game is fine

This. We are getting content. It's just content that you don't have to mindlessly grind for months; that is what I would truly call a lazy design.

The only way to make content last for a loooong time is to make it grindy and repetitive, and I'm sorry but that's boring as hell.
