Also yes, an MMORPG should be played with players and not with NPC's, every other MMO in the market as far as I am aware is played with actual players. I'll gladly be proven wrong if you have evidence of the opposite.

If you want to play a single player game and not interact with players, an MMORPG is not for you, play a single player game.

Stormy hate to break it to you but you play with npcs in Phantasy Star Online 2 and New Genesis. In PSO2 you're with em for 90% of the story. For NGS (so far) you're with npcs for all of the story. They even have them with you in overworld combat zones. Even (what id say is the equivalent of) our trials in that game they let you queue up with a full group of npcs to do it. So I can personally say XIV is not the only MMO to do this nor the worst "offender". Not sure how I'd prove that but I'd encourage you to look it up yourself and it's praised by that community as a good addition.

I personally don't feel you have the right to tell someone what type of game they should play when the game DOES indeed work to a certain extent for folks who want solo play. Yoshi P says otherwise to your statement so yours holds little water. Having npcs is a nice future proof for the game and adds immersion. And I can confidently say immersion plays a factor because the Hyd trial we got to do it with the Scions (as she was testing all of us) but no other one has done that. Tells me they paying attention to which is allowed and the goal isn't to replace players.

Now next step, make my Squads viable in 7.0 please? I'd be so down for role quests regarding folks we trained up. Take the role of the master this time ya know?
