Put in a couple of the bug report tickets that they tweeted out, but also opened a Customer Service ticket as well. They responded back with info about Microsoft Edge and running FFXIV as an administrator. I replied back, let them know that we all know about the AT&T and NTT debacle and linked them to this thread. This was the somewhat generic response I got back:

We apologize for any inconvenience you have been experiencing. We are aware of the current situation in regards to AT&T and NTT, we can assure that this is our top priority, we are working to get this fixed as soon as possible, we recommend you to keep an eye on the Lodestone and the Forums for any future update in regards to this matter. Once again we apologize about the inconvenience this has caused you.
