    Sometimes I chocobo nearly everywhere, ride the airship and the boat because I can and my anima is nearly always at 100. Sometimes I feel like wasting anima teleporting from Uldah to Horizon. You can have it both ways, you know.

    TL;DR: people are going to play how they want and this is not nearly as big a deal as your blood pressure would indicate.

    Yes that was the example they gave, do you think once the Inn HP comes about you can only set your Aetheryte HP in towns and you won't be able to use camps anymore?

    I'm still waiting for someone to explain to me how allowing to set your home point in two different cities won't render airship travel useless.
    There are more Atherytes than the cities.

    I'll use myself as an example. I spend most of my time in Limsa Lominsa so my Inn home point will be there. My LS tends to focus on one event at a time till we have it mastered. So in this case we'll say we're focusing on Cutter's Cry -- just for the example. So I set my other home point at Camp Blue Frog.

    Now I can quickly gt to and from town and a main event without hassle. I'll still use the airship for getting to Ul'dah or Gridania and can reserve my Anima for getting to my desired farming/gathering area and finally chocoing out to camps to deliver DoH leves.

    See? All major forms of transportation accounted for. Just making one tiny aspect (i.e. getting to and from a single event) a little less time consuming.

    This is actually a sound argument. ^
    I don't agree with the idea of being able to teleport for free to camps, but that's personal taste.

    One good idea would be to make "Return" cost AP itself (or does gear damage by a significant amount if you have no AP).

    This is absolutely absurd. Maybe if people in this community put their time towards asking SE for actual challenges rather than tooth and nail crying for unnecessary inconveniences they think make the game difficult, we would have a decent game by now.

    Nobody cried about waypoints or town portals in Diablo 2. Nobody said that it made the game too easy to get around quickly. Quick travel times in WoW doesn't make it easier, nor has teleporting made 14 easier. Outposts and White Mage teleports did not make content in 11 easier. All they did was let you get to the actual things you want to do in a more timely fashion than taking 30 minutes to run out to it. There's NO point in it taking forever.

    Yes, SE, give us 2 home points. That is great and I love it. My ability to return to the city and somewhere else does not make it easier for me to kill Chimera.

    Want a harder game? Go make a petition thread to hotfix Chim's Voice of the Dragon to damage everyone in the area passed a certain point, not just in a thin ring that you can stand outside of. There's some actual difficulty addition for your game.
