The game was going to die when CoP came out because story focused

The game was going to die during ToAU came out because the salvage dupe bans

The game was going to die out because Abyssea

The game was going to die out because voidwatch

The game was going to die out because SoA making relics useless

The game was going to die out because FFXIV

The game was going to die out because….well it’s been 20 years of the game going to die out

Yet it’s still very much around and active….weird
