That is true (if you were only doing one relic, at least). But it's also about the type of content it is. In Island Sanctuary, you're all alone and I doubt the majority of people have their friends visiting them there, whereas in Eureka and Bozja there is a shout chat that has frequently been used where parties have been formed to farm certain things, large-scale communication and coordination has occurred in their various raids, fun discussions have happened involving jokes, science or politics while waiting for raids, skirmishes, CEs or NMs. None of this happens in Island Sanctuary, so it's just not the same.

Even Bozja still sees some activity quite often.

A few weeks is still quite a bit more gameplay time then the current relics... less then a day.
