Role restrictions are a bit different. You won't catch me arguing that healers shouldn't be wearing heavy armor, or tanks shouldn't be wearing robes. I recognize that mine own D&D approach to glamour choices doesn't have to fit everyone else's mold.

However, the issue is actually that gear tied to roles have stats, which conflicts with the game's engine. In order to make these work the way players want would require to revamp the entire glamour system. Due to the time and resources required to do this, my stance on role restrictions specifically remains the same as always.

Trust me though, I've shed many tears on options that are not available due to role restrictions, so I feel the pain here.
