These are the m*d that puts the face on a Miqote body. Of all the gear to show off 'why you should use this' why did they choose a bikini it looks so bad when trying to appeal to coomers, and kinda 'not terrible actually' when you use actual gear
These are that same m*d's face work, but somehow put onto a Femroe body instead. So, the face is 'Miqote, with a m*d', the body from the neck down is 'unm*dded Femroe'. Notice the relative size of the character to other background stuff like the orchestrion.
Basically, the main reason the m*d looks weird is because the scale of the face is very jarring compared to the body and especially the neck. The pic posted by Pip has that issue sorted out pretty well (imo), with the much wider neck. If the friend who made the pics of the GNB Hroth-Roe were to take all the Bozjan gear off, I assume the point on the model where the head and the neck meet would be a horrendously ugly texture seam, as the two aren't meant to be put together. Or maybe not, IDK what they did to make it, my assumption is that they got two characters, set one to only render the head, one to render the body, and just positioned them in such a way that they lined up. IDK though, I'm a pure ethical christian player who does not m*d or use pl*gins or A*T or any such nasty things
edit: yes I'm posting the trans lioness pic again (or part of it, ignore the white space I'm not rescaling stuff)
The structure of the face is by and large quite similar. The lioness is a bit sleeker, 'thinner' maybe (not in terms of weight but just in terms of 'how wide from left to right', but for the most part it is very similar in shape to the male. So I don't see how it can be justified in any way that the females of a fantasy race based on these animals would look so much more humanlike in terms of facial structure compared to the males, outside of 'the devs were really lazy and just wanted to use the Femroe size option for helmets to save on doing additional work'
