And yet last night I was insta-queuing as DPS at 3 am. Limsa packed, GS packed, Radz packed. Doesn't seem all that dead to me. Isn't anecdotal evidence fun? Maybe it feels dead to you because nobody likes you.

Totally. The thing is that OP’s picture was taken idk when. Also, who uses PF for a regular dungeon? Normally people us DF for that, not PF.

The fact is that the Primal DC has pretty fast queue times in general when you use DF and Bozja and Eureka are alive too. When I queue for ARs I get a high proportion of Nier and Orbonne raids too. Just went through an entire MSQ and raid unlocks on an alt and even on a dps I rarely waited for more than 10 minutes (of course, I didn’t try to unlock Orbonne raids at 3 am either).

PF has a limited interest/usefulness outside some specific content and even then it can be situational, like hunts for example: it usually is a matter of minutes when train forms (about 3 times/day) or when a boss is announced.

Not to split hairs but I see/have seen people posting first time clears on PF for dungeons & trials in most if not all the original 3 NA DCs to attract help via the new person bonus you can get. I also see it on Dynamis as well but that should probably be obvious as to why.
