Also, some new Phantasmascapes (preferably without the weird screen effect you have on most of them):
-The sky with different weather (clear and blue, cloudy, thunderstorm, starry night, etc)
-Beach/ocean scene
-Forest scenes from the Shroud, Lakeland, and Rik'tika
-Desert scenes from Thanalan and Amh Araeng

Need a Gate in the Sukiya-zukuri style.
Just like the Garden Gate, but Sukiya-zukuri, or japanese style to compliment Shirogane houses. Better yet, please add a Gate to the FC built house exterior glamours by default.
If it would be possible to lock/unlock them and even out-right lock your property from being entered by anyone you don't want on it, such as Blacklisted players, non-friends option etc, for example, add an option to the menu to lock the exterior land from being entered, such as nobody could then jump over the fence into the yard if it was set to locked.
But at minimum, we need Gate's if you won't build them into the exterior wall-set.

@JohncarterIx Tall claims for an overcrowded interior with a very confused aesthetic, soggy books and a bed you can't sleep in without getting waterboarded, and a yard that just has a couple of overpriced (via MB) trees and no place to sit or barely see what's going on. Why not simply ask for folks to come see and offer their thoughts without boasting so brazenly on every thread, better yet explore other wards or worlds and talk to people to really see what's out there and learn from the vast spread of housing concepts, but please do show some humility and stow the hubris. Even most really good housing designers don't carry on like this.

Curved partitions in the ward styles please.
Dunno if it was already said, still…:
-Modular layout for all houses/apartments
E.g. option to move the basement and use it as a second floor, option to move the ingress door to be on other wall than the south one. Option to rotate the base box (aprtm are rectangular like 4w/8l, could be 8w/4l). Option to have the stairs in another positions…etc.
-Basic different wall skins like the exterior has (minimal style without those horrendous column for example)
-instead of having more wards, more space for each house ( 20ish slot more could be just the right start). It’s a privilege having an house right? No point of expanding a limited system for a more limited audience if this system is broken as fuck.
-a PC control integration with a fucking real manipulator to allow to move and rotate and scale items in a 3D program-like way (like what MakePlace does)
-artificial sun light coming from North walls if modular layout is a something huge to do (for a small company indie lmao)
-Rotate objs along the Z axis. Scale simple objs(like partitions/doors).
-Modular objs could be a great thing but I don’t expect those.
- remove the auto snaps of objs.
-a better info window with x/y/z coordinates for each objs placed to manipulate the world position/rotation and scale.
- on/off on objs that cast lights (plus a slider for the intensity of how much light comes from the fake window)

This is what I’d have done from the beginning and since this is not my game I can only shut my mouth and rise my eyes to the sky everything I try to think one of the millions way SE could handle a way more better the housing system…
Just a little more space, SE can you do this…at least?
Maybe there will be a plogon for that one day.
