Housing Ideas and Feature Requests

As we're really proud to manage to get a Mansion and starting to furniture and design our little place we call home, we've come onto quite a few issues and wanting to get some features added and maybe even removed from the entire housing system.
Even though Square Enix did a blood well job on the entirety of the Housing, there's still major room for improvements and finetuning!

I hope SE will read this and take these ideas and requests into consideration

Incredibly sad to see this post ignored since 2013... No hope for changes if SE doesn't listen to the community and improve their game to meet the global standard for MMOs....

I have a really novel idea.

Remove placement restrictions on all furnishings and allow them to be moved freely by a z,y,x axis.

Definitely the first to come up with this idea.

While I’m happy with the variety of exterior house styles we have in this game, there’s still some that I would really like to see available as options.

In particular, I've always wanted to have the option to make a fairy tale-esque castle like for example, the Neuschwanstein Castle:


or the Bojnice Castle:

This is a very minor thing, but I'd like some of the furnishings that are currently only available via Company Credits to, well, be available through other means. Make them resellable on the MB at least, my WoL would love a copy of the Antecedent but I'm not going to form my own FC to get it.

An ability to make a FC banner for inside and outside that we can post on the Like the city state banners but we get to design the shape and colour, like when we make the FC crest or the FC reaches a rank we can make it and purchase it with credits.

-Island Workshop
-Island Granary
-Il Mheg style houses, both the above and below ground versions
-Dun Scaith style townhouse and/or castle
-Windmill

-Nu mou Mushroom house
-A house with an accessible pool, bar, and lounging area on the roof
-An outdoor theater
-A fairy tree stump house
-A grounded airship
-An astrolgian/magical tower

An orchestrion in the workshop would be nice. I spend a lot of time in there, and would love to be able to play other music than the workshop tune.

Increased furnishing limits for all house sizes (apartments & Fc rooms as well)

New layout design for interior houses (small/cottage)
-Upper floor which replaces the basement entirely.
-Many house skins, even cottage ones have an "attic/upper floor" design on the outside.
