An apartment is not a substitute for an house. Personally, I already have an apartment and an FC room, and a house. I’m just trying to relocate (from a medium to a small) and having lost every lotto so far, I can only imagine how it feels for those that are going through this process and still have nothing to show for it. My ultimate desire is for everyone to be able to have access to housing. Right now the current system alone doesn’t do that.
