Honestly, I don't know why they allow Blue Mage in these things. BLU should be ineligible for rewards, honestly. In fact, arguably you should not be able to queue with a full pre-made party so that you're at least contributing to the health of Duty Finder and helping other players.

How about this: in exchange for making it a permanent feature, establish a hard limit on how many moogle tomes you can get per day. I think if it goes this route, then you can also let people bank their moogle tomes for the next period's rewards if they have what they want already.

Another idea: have a miniature one-day "Wondrous Tails" type thing, where each day you get a random selection of a few duties. Maybe one regular dungeon, one raid or trial, one alliance raid, a PvP match. You do one of those, and you get moogle tomes depending on which one you did.
