savor and sip then then don't gorge on the content. no video game ever doesn't "owe" anyone anything to keep you around imo. why do you have to get everything done in 4 hours? is there that much of a need to do that yourself?

You are completely missing the point. I never claimed I was "owed" a thing. I claimed Yoshi made a statement that ended up not being accurate and patches in the 6.X cycle have less content.
Compare patch notes from 6.x to literally anything from 5.x, or even 4.x. and tell me how you are getting less.
The dev team makes it quite clear to us when they intend to release a patch with less content. In the past they have stated that there will be fewer dungeons, Ultimate will be pushed, there will be no deep dungeon, etc. Just because you find the content lackluster, or you plow through it in a matter of hours does not mean you are getting less. It means you have a serious case of oneitis with the game, and need to figure out how to find other points of interest so you don't devour the meat of a patch like a bunch of locusts. Like perhaps go outside for once and take a freakin walk.
It has been stated to us that time between patches has gotten longer, and we know that Yoshi is working on other projects. He never once stated that as a result of these things, you are going to get even more content. Yet, here you are with a false expectation that due to increased time between patches, that is exactly what you're entitled to get. Again, compare patch notes and tell me where you are getting less. We are still getting MSQ progression every patch, raid plus savage content every other patch, 24-man every other patch. EX trials. A new unreal trial every patch. We got the relic/Manderville quests (regardless of how you feel about them), a new deep dungeon (regardless of how you feel about it), new items have been released. New hairstyle. New emotes. New potting seeds and housing items. Adjustments made to jobs that need them. A mid expansion job rework (PLD). New treasure dungeons. We even got new content with the Criterion dungeons (regardless of how you feel about them). The list goes on, and on, and on, and on.
Just because you're sulking and kicking a can does not mean Yoshi lied. Do something else with your time if you're bored for crying out loud.
I honestly stopped reading there. If you're devolved into throwing baseless insults there's no point in discussing anything with you as you're clearly beyond reason and will just mindlessly defend the game and SE as if your life depends on it.
Suggesting to go out for a Freaking walk, is now an Insult and defending the game?....
I dont understand the internet...
The suggestion to go outside/take a walk/touch grass doesn't really bother me (solid advice for anyone if you ask me), but the passive-aggressiveness of these suggestions does. And yes, most of the time it is passive aggressiveness, not a friendly suggestion.
When did they say that?
Please send me a quote with a Link for review
(Im being serious)
Passive-Aggression is an Insult and defense of the game?
No, Seriously, I dont understand the internet XD
Yeah sure, nobody likes attitude, but if we can get over that for a minute and actually understanding whats being said, maybe we'd find more value in words, instead of being Blinded by how we feel they are presented. Its a Good Suggestion None the Less.....feeling Passive Aggression behind it I dont think should effect it.
IDK man, I cant keep up with the net nowadays lol
If you think that was an insult, then you are already well beyond the point where logic and reason line up. I understand you don't have a counter argument, and lack any means to provide any truth to what you claim, which better explains why you'd rather not converse with anyone who operates under a different mindset than your own and instead be dismissive because it is the far simpler course of action.
I also have a life outside of this game, and unlike yourself don't depend on the game's content to keep me from getting bored. That is where the advice I was giving you comes from.
