Surely they can't add more to it than the first 2 steps right?
Look back at the first 2 steps of any relic, they were also that easy.
Especially for HW if you completed ARR relic before that since it gave you the "skip fate farm for free" card.
Relics are catch up content just like Alliance raid, there's nothing hardcore about relics.
They are literally a time sink for glamour lol

you earned that skip doing Zeta back then they were not as easy
I think most would just rather farm the fates

and yeah first few steps are easy but you at least played the game lol instead of just a hand out.
